Fitness has been my passion from the age of 17 when I first joined the gym. It wasn't until my ERASMUS year in Paris that I discovered running. Left without a gym I got a giant map, some string and plotted a route. That was it - I just went for it! Finally I understood the true benefits, freedom that exercise can offer. This changed my life.

Working in different areas of health and fitness has given me a great knowledge of both the mental and physical demands of exercise. After experiencing office life my passion for an active life increased. I was awakened to the challenge so many people are faced with:

Work...Life...Exercise...


Along with many personal successes, competing in running, cycling and duathlons  I have experienced my own setbacks.  Over-training and poor bio-mechanics forced me to stop training. Having gone through a lot of physio, specialist, nutritionist and dealing with the mental management of pain has only made me stronger. I am now more passionate than ever to help others avoid common pitfalls. My first hand knowledge will ensure that you can enjoy your exercise and ensure you know how to train SMART. We all have so much else going on in our lives, its important to find your own balance. 

I love helping people to enjoy their own journeys. I am committed to encouraging people to live as healthy and active as possible, keeping it simple. Whether you are looking to retain or improve your fitness, keep injury free I will encourage and support you to reach your full potential in sports performance and your daily life.
