PERSONAL TRAINING
My professional experience and unique approach will provide a 1-2-1 session that not only strengthens your body but also teaches it to use the correct muscle patterns. I use functional training to help you gain flexibility through movement and efficiency through strength. I have experience dealing with clients of all ages especially endurance athletes and hyper-mobile clients.
6 SESSIONS
Regular 1-2-1 sessions to keep it varied and technique up to scratch. It takes your body 6 weeks to adapt to change. Each 6 weeks we will do an assessment to monitor progress.
MOT
A one of session to assess your strength and weaknesses. Providing you with technique and knowledge to be able to do your own successful gym program that you will be provided with - targeted to your own needs and goals.
MOT TOP UP
Update your initial program to ensure you keep improving or to check technique along the way.
