INITIAL CONSULTATION
Assessing strength and flexibility finding areas you need to focus on.
We will go through a detailed history of your running background. Get to know your priorities and ensuring we create a realistic plan that works with your other commitments - a vital component in any successful plan. Your exercises and plan will be sent to you after the session.
+TRAINING PLANS
Following your 1-2-1 assessment opt for an 8 week programs that works around your schedules and goals. Including strength and flexibility advice. Each session will have detailed instructions and videos where necessary. Plans will be monitored and can be adapted where necessary -especially important for those coming back from injury or new to running.
+ INTENSE 1-2-1 SESSIONS
1-2-1 interval session that will challenge your physically and mentally - giving you the power to get faster. I will help motivate and ensure your session has the right focus for your goals. We will also look at any simple technique modification if needed. Perfect as a one off introduction to interval training or as a compliment to your own endurance training.
