Everything is totally up in the air at the moment so lets try and keep as much of a routine as possible! There are plenty of online videos out there for you to try but how are you going to make sure that you do them ?
To help I am going to be doing an online run club that is Live and at the same time each week. We will do the warm up, cool down and a core routine together. I have also set up a Strava club for some healthy competition be that with yourself or others https://www.strava.com/clubs/TanyaTraining .
An app like Strava is a great way to track your progress and its FREE!
